Sanation of oral cavity

Stages:

1. Full diagnostics:

    А). 3D tomography, which allows you to identify problems in the root canals, the bone state and cavities invisible during the inspection.

    В). Making of diagnostic dental impressions that allow to consider the pathological position of the teeth and jaws.

2. Drawing up the plan:  teeth and root canal treatment, tooth removal, prosthetics and implantation.

3. Hygienic cleaning – the stage standing in the first place. It includes the removal of plaque, and a supragingival dental plaque and gum treatment. This makes it possible to identify hidden problems that may go unnoticed.

4. The next step – a therapeutic or surgical.

Surgical phase *– consists of the removal of devitalized teeth, which significantly improves the condition of the oral cavity and the whole organism.

Therapeutic phase – is filling the cavities formed in the teeth due to tooth decay or broken off, root canal treatment, aesthetic restoration of teeth shape and color. (read more in Restoration, Endodontia*)

5. If you have lost a tooth , implantation* is one of the best ways to solve the problem. The bones will fix the implant to replace your lost tooth root. And after 2-6 months will set the bit, completely replaces the missing tooth.

6. Orthopedic stage.* To restore the severely damaged teeth crowns are used. Orthopedic treatment phase includes the preparation of teeth to crowns installation – turning and removing casts. In the case of loss of a large number of teeth and a contraindication to implantation dentures are used.

7. Patients after complete rehabilitation of the oral cavity observed by us: every 6 months, they have professional inspection to determine long-term results.
